General policies
It's important to us that you offer a quality product, so we only accept returns if they are unopened and have both safety seals intact. To receive a refund, products must be unused and sealed.
Products eligible for refund are those paid for by the customer; gift or promotional products cannot be exchanged or returned.
In the event of an unjustified return or product rejection, please note that returns are processed once we physically have the returned product in our warehouse with the appropriate security seals. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including payment of the initial shipping cost.
To begin the return process, the customer must write to
info@adaptohealusa.com , detailing their first and last name, order number, and the reason for the return.
In all cases of returns, we reserve the right to refund money from the same payment system, or to issue a voucher or coupon for the corresponding amount with a 12-month expiration date.
The customer is responsible for any additional charges such as storage or return postage.
If the return qualifies for a refund, the refund amount will be the initial payment, minus the round-trip shipping costs (if both are covered by us), customs fees (if applicable), and a €2.50 return handling fee. If the return shipping costs for an order exceed the refund amount, the carrier will be informed that the product has been abandoned, meaning the customer will not receive a refund.
No refunds will be issued for orders seized by customs. Adaptogen Synergy SL is not responsible for packages refused or held by customs.
There are many country-specific laws, regulations, and restrictions that may affect our ability to ship your order and your ability to receive it.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office to understand what regulations and restrictions may apply to the items you are ordering. Local customs officials may delay your order or refuse delivery in accordance with local laws.
When returning an order, please note that refunds will not be processed until we receive the product back and verify its condition.

By withdrawal from contract
Products that are in perfect condition and with unopened seals may be returned.
The deadline to do so is 15 days. To complete the process, you must email

Product in poor condition or defective
The costs of collection are borne by Adaptoheal, and only those received within 15 days of the customer receiving the product will be accepted.
A free pickup order is placed, and once the product's poor condition has been verified, it is returned.
In the case of accessories, complements, or physical materials, only defects that impede the use and enjoyment of the product due to a lack of functionality will be considered a defect. All other defects are considered minor under the European Community's warranty law.
Incorrect product shipped by Adaptoheal
Since this was our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, please note that the product must be in good condition, unopened, with the security seals in place. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
Product change
The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our facilities and for the cost of returning the product. This type of return is valid within a maximum of 15 days after the customer receives the product.
